The hot-dip galvanizing factory we cooperate with is equipped with advanced processing equipment and skilled workers, so the quality of hot-dip galvanizing is very stable, with uniform thickness and a smooth surface.

Advanced CNC lathes enable the product dimensions to be well controlled within the allowable range. More importantly, our factory has a strict quality management process, and key dimensions are fully inspected before leaving the factory to ensure product quality.

More Advanced Design

As shown in the picture, we designed a waterproof trough at the rubber coated  area of the fitting. The zinc layer is removed here to make the rubber coating more secure and less likely to fall off. Such a design has the advantages of low cost and good usage effect.

The surface of the holes in the crimping area of this fitting is processed into fine threads. When we conduct mechanical tensile load tests on insulators, this design significantly increases the friction between the hardware and the FRP rods, thereby enhancing the mechanical properties of the insulators
